Have not recieved recruitment rewards

I've already gone through the routes of contacting both a GM and support for this issue and neither seems to come up with a solution...so here's my problem:

I have recruited a single friend to the game, they've been subbed now for 30 days and we both received the circlet. Now he's received his end of the items including the emote, chocobo feathers, and the aetheryte tickets. However I have not received the emote OR the gold chocobo feathers. The pendulum and circlet are the only things I got. What am I supposed to do? I've verified my eligibility and all that. Can I get some feedback/help in regards to this? Thanks.

The new rewards you mean? Recruiters won't get those rewards (golden chocobo feathers and fistbump) until sometime in july when they're implemented. You will be able to receive them retroactively.

But how come the bumpfist ins't implemented if our friends got and are already using it? I could understand about the golden feathers, but the bumpfist makes no sense.

I'm also having the same problems, Pent. Lets hope its as Yasria says and we get it with the golden feathers at a later date.

I've no idea, sorry! Just following what it says on the lodestone - under the newly added rewards it says: '* These rewards will be sent out in order after July 2015.'
