I want an answer if it's going to get fixed or not.

I can't see the pictures at the moment, but if you read Discworld books green is the best color for assassins.
Well the best thing for assassins/ninjas was to wear something that let them blend in, and I don't mean just colour wise.
Regardless, this is a fantasy game and if we're going off what's best then this gear shouldn't even be available for Ninjas as it definitely looks too cumbersome for the traditional fast moving Ninja. I for one don't want to be restricted to wearing black/blue all the time, nor do I want to wear the theatrical Ninja outfits, we already have a few available sets that appeal to that crowd, and I don't know how you can get creative and nice looking armours sticking to that style after a handful of sets.
And I'm certainly hoping it was only accepted because you followed the format and the mod in question didn't know better. The tunic itself doesn't have the "wrong" model, they swapped the entire gear set, which is a conscious change. The concept art for the Gryphonskin set shows it on a Lancer, but you don't see me crying "bug" about how my DRG can't wear it. I see a lot of players on my server who have coordinated outfits arouns the current Aiming/Scouting versions, and most of them don't know this thread exists. But they will if they log in after patch and their gear changes color.
Also, yeah, the outfit is good for blending. Also, FF1 Thief colors, and dare I suggest the Robin Hood look isn't only for archers, since he's, well, a rogue.

I'm not sure why you sound so hostile over this. To my eye it appears to be a bug so I reported it. SE will let us know if it's correct or not and if it is, they'll keep it. If it isn't, they'll fix it. Simple. And I'm certainly hoping it was only accepted because you followed the format and the mod in question didn't know better. Or course, the problem is me. I have issues. I should kick myself more.
Not being hostile per se (inb4 someone says "no, you are too being hostile" in response), it just happens to be my favorite set of dungeon gear precisely because of the colors it has now, and pretty much any time someone starts a thread about taking away other people's shinies because they pesonally don't like it, at least one person is going to respond like I do. Pretty sure it won't be changed, but I don't want this to be a case where they decide change it anyway because of lack of opposition.
Then again, they never responded to the DRG thread, so this could just be another situation like that. "If you don't like it, don't wear it." Starting to see where the belly defenders were coming from after this.
Edit:
Not bumping because that would send the wrong message, just figured I'd leave this here:
From the latest gear preview video. I'd like to think this means the change was intentional.

It's a disappointed they didn't fix it in 3.01.
Yeah I've been wondering the same.
