I don't think 24 man content will ever really appease anyone if it's DFable. Aslong as it's like that I don't see it being anything harder then the facroll CT series, where very minimum cordination is needed. If we ever get challenging 24 man content I would be surprised.

I can support four man hard content too as an optional content. Should reward titles and pets/mount/unique glamour.
I support 24 man savage for one reason. Gives fc purpose. Fc are nothing more than over bloated statics right now. There just simply is no purpose to have more than 8 people to do content with. For a MMO that is restricting. We are hurting bad for mass group content. Hunts are disgustingly bad. Fates are decent group content but not really dynamic enough. Towers are all too easy which is acceptable since it's DF. But where's the solid raid content. 8 mman is a party to me not raid which is the only reason I support "team jump rope" . But we need to address this lack of difficulty "raid" content if no other reason than to give reason to fcs outside of buffs and flying retainers/bird training programs.
Disclaimer this is my HONEST OPINION.
Am I forgiven....

i'd love a 24 man raid too

ah yes, imagine how much painful it'll be getting 24 people to show up to raid at the same time.
A 24-man static?
Ugh. Please no.
8-person statics have enough drama.

Then what's the purpose of having FC's over 8 players in size?
And SE could do this easily. Just have everyone in the FC click a box that says "Prioritize FC members", have everyone tick the box and go DF queue, and the DF will "pop" at each 8-player group made and hold/reserve an instance until everyone hits "FC OK" and create the instance, and if the parties are short will immediately prompt to find replacements for the empty positions. If specific raid groups are intended, the parties can even be pre-formed.
Like, this kind of mechanism is within reason. As much as I like the 8-man and 24-man content, I don't like the elitist snobbery that comes with the Raids. SE can design DF's parties by "what makes logical sense" better by splitting Bards between parties with all casters and all melee's. Instead of dumping all the bards into the same party, or having double-SCH when there are two WHM's in another party.

If your 8 man has drama. Get a better 8 man. There are fcs with 20+ on all the time with nothing to do together. Linkshells have even more people. And to be honest linkshell are the go to for clearing content anyway. Most fcs are staples of What I already mentioned. This 24 man savage doesn't need team jump rope. It needs large scale coordination. This will allow is lesser skilled players to join in and broaden the activities large groups can take part in. It can drop gear equal to 5 ilvls above the Df tower gear. You can't handle doing content with people not in your "static" don't do it. But don't down New content ideas with such a weak argument. I have friends I want to do end game with but they aren't good enough to do the current style of end game content. I want it to be challenging but Not too hard that I can't make up For their slack.

haha, if 8-man groups have drama and people that end up hating each other over things that happen in raid, imagine how that'll go in a 24-man static!
