Will Savage Alexander have a raid lockout?

Yoshi-P mentioned in the past I can't remember when that Alexander would work like CT. You could continue to raid the content but only get one piece of gear. He didn't specify whether or not this applied to savage as well. Or maybe he did. Can anyone provide a link or info showing if this has been answered yet?

Normal is like CT, but no word on Savage yet.

I wish this was made clear. I'd rather not level up an alt to 60 to raid more than once a week if I could

They made it pretty clear that normal mode you could go back and help your friends but savage you can't, at least not right away. Pretty much the same as coil. You can beat it once a week, and get random loot.

Last I heard Alexander (Normal) will have loot lockout, like how CT was when first released. And for Savage I believe they said they would let us know in the upcoming LL how Loot in Savage will work.

I wonder if it will have tokens too. It was a surprise to see them in ex primals runs. It would be neat so I don't have to spam each turn of Alexander for like 20 times to get 'em.
