    yeah to always get it you need 102%....according to the logic displayed here.

    Jokes aside it could be a pug where it shows your gather % is 100 but code wise might be lower? I.E 95%? that's the only reason I could think of.

    My base is 96%. 96 + 5 = 101%. Rounding can't be the problem here.
