Considering they're the ones who decide how the items are crafted, what the materials are and where said materials come from, I'd say yes.

The new glamour items are always expensive when they first come out due to the fact you can only craft them from rare drops in high level maps. Everyone wants the new glamour items when they first come out but the prices do drop eventually. Go and check the prices for the swim wear now. High level crafters have 100's of millions of Gil from working hard and crafting not from buying Gil. OP drink a glass of concrete and harden the hell up and get a clue about the economics of this game. Not everyone buys Gil from RMT traders.

It's the new ultra rare shiny shiny, there's only one of each on sale in my server, the female body piece is 50 million, while the males is 10 million, how anyone can actually buy these without going bankrupt I have no idea, but yeah. it's new, demand is crazy, most probably want it just because it is new, wait a couple of months, it'll come down. I hope. (I want it too for my AST!)

Way to not understand how pricing works at all. The first items of anything will always be priced according to the highest bidder, there are plenty of legitimate billionaires who make those first sales make sense. The price works its way down to more buyers as supply increases, and due to the supply of this particular item it is going down more slowly but will be easily affordable one day.

im curious do you complain about car companies that sell cars out of ur price range?? seriously has nothin to do with SE but the player base.. rarer items in high demand will always cost alot of gil... if dont like what people are charging make it yourself :3
