Okay, forcing people to talk to you because you're lonely isn't gonna make them happy. In addition, making even the typical daily content balls-wrangling hard isn't gonna improve people's disposition either.
The daily objectives are just to steadily improve a character's progress for upcoming content that is actually designed to challenge. It's the method that allows even someone with only 2-3 hours a playtime in the week to improve equipment for that one day where they get do something long and challenging. That's the entire design of the raid night. And it's a good way to do things.
