When will we be getting new Beasts Tribes, and will the new Beasts Tribes have a mount and two minions rewards that we can buy from each Tribe, like how the other Beasts Tribes have?

Do you perchance happen to have an estimated time of arrival for the arcanist pet glamour system?
Currently Playing: Blue Revolver
I have made several comments requesting Yoshi-P and anyone on the dev team to give us details on what 3.0 was going to bring to the existing 2.0 landscape.
Many LIVE letters ago, Yoshi-P did go on record as saying (almost quoting) "Ul'Dah will see the marketplace expand. Pearl Lane will become an open market selling 50+ gearsets for example."
We were also told that since Mor Dhona was being expanded in 2.0 we would see the other 3 city-states expand in 3.0. Yoshi-P has mentioned this at least once.
Well, 3.0 is out and all the areas and NPC characters seem to be acting the same(mostly), even in Mor Dhona.
Case in point (trying not to spoil) but I have already gotten to lvl 56 content with a hot headed dragoon, and the Crystal Brave at the market entrance in Mor Dhona (when running up the hill from rising sands) still talks like we just left Ul'Dah in 2.55!
Please provide explination on how the 2.0 landscape is going to change with the 3.0 storyline.
I personally was expecting it to be there with the 3.0 content.

Do we have any schedule when EU server would come?
Would you consider changing where earrings go on Au Ra? Most of the time you can't see them, and the hairstyles usually block them too? Can't they just hang from the horns?(none of this "you can't drill through their horns; just hang them like baubles!)
Can we please be able to turn off battle music?
FFXIV has such great music in both ARR areas and HW. I would love to be able to hear the zone music while actively playing/questing.
The battle music is not bad, but it does get old hearing it over and over every mob you fight/aggro.
*reads through all previous questions*
Really? No one else is going to ask/mention? Ok then...
Did you purposely set out to create the saddest fictional moment known to humankind? Because if so, well done. If not, I don't know what you were trying to do, but for six days I kept vigil outside that cutscene, handing out tea and hugs to people coming out. I only stopped when the toll on my physical and mental state became too much. Does Yoshi-P have a rivalry with whomever wrote Aerith/Aeris' death? If that's the case, I think we can safely declare him the winner. I am waiting in fear for what's in store for future content. Good job.
....

It's no secert any longer and many end game raiders and now causes have found out that their is a tool out there to calculate your damage output. What are you plans for parsing moving forward? Currently it's a great way to become a better player and making random parties more enjoyable all around when you understand your rotations better but only if you play on PC or know a friend....will we see a system put into place in game for this (possibly on a training dummy or allow us to turn off and on during a boss fight)?
With the brief mention of a future Egi glamour system being mentioned in a previous LIVE Letter. Would you be able to elaborate on that? Specifically what the glamours will be (one for each Primal?) and when we can expect to see this glamour system implemented?
Are there any plans to fix the visual glitch where long weapons (Spears, Greatswords) shake unusually when running?
