Triple Triad Tournament is a joke

This is utterly horrible. The only people getting anything are those cheating or just flat buying wins. Who thought this was a good idea and what were they smoking?

Same as everyone here, I will now stop doing the tournaments following the increased difficulty to get anything for participating. If NPC payout is now almost worthless then I would want a matchmaking system to organise player matches like the DF so that I can find tournament participants more easily.

just ask a friend to let you win 40 times, which is faster than beating an npc, all you need is a lvl 15 alt with 5 cards, which takes 2 to 3 hours to create one

This is just encouraging win-trade cheating to even get a plat pack now.
Almost all the people on the leaderboard have near perfect wins and tournament points...

NPC with random/roulette is more dangerous than a friend placing his cards weakest side out for you 40 times in a row.

This. I understand the devs have gone on record saying such a system would be difficult or maybe even impossible to implement, but without a matchmaking system, there's really no point in even having Triple Triad tournaments.
