Alchemist New Skill and rotation

there are alot of new addition with specialist that have come around. I've learned a few tips here and there. My main question is how to I use/unlock the lv 60 specialist skill "alchemy delineation"?

What tricks i have for the community. your durability per CP skills from best to worst

nymeia's Wheel* (its the best you have IFF you can get at least 2 favorable conditions)

master mend II
master mend I
manipulation** (can be better than master's mend I IFF you have one or no Steady hands stacks left)
Waste NOt * (like his big brother poses versatility issues but is better than nothing)
note: I did not list Waste not II although durability per cp is among the highest but is complete unflexible. unless someone can figure out a trick to using it.

This list ORDER is supposing you will have to or already have activated steady hand(II). If you like to live on the wild side and go no steady hand(II) .... the order can change [however waste not II would still be at the bottom its just too unflexible]

Maker's mark + Flawless synthesis. It gives me 10 stacks on il150 gear. These are free flawless synths, for up to 400 progress for 0 dura cost and only 20 cp total. I essentially do mm+fs + RS + cs2 x2 to finish a mb3 recipe. It is so broken and you can cross class it.

Delineations are items purchased with blue scrips. There are different ones for each class and are used automatically when you use the corresponding Heart skill.

MM is OP but to cross class means getting rid of 2 slots on your additionals; as alc things that CAN NOT BE REPLACED ARE: SH2, reclaim*(it's clutch...sometimes...debatable), CS2, Innovation*(i argue even with new skill; still beneficial to have it for final quality), RS, BB, & HT

that leaves 3 slots : I have manipulation, WN1, rumination

now i'm thinking about it...... WN1 and rumination.....maybe can go to make room for MM and FS
