I'm getting like no healing gear and I can feel my parties screaming from the low heals I'm putting out. Meanwhile my ninja is getting gear left and right.

Yeah, i've done the level 60 dungeon 17 times. Still missing Tank Helmet, Boots, Gloves, Legs.

    My last 8 runs were.
Ninja Helmet, Monk Legs, Machinist Boots.
Monk Helmet, Ninja Boots, Machinist Leggings
Monk Helmet, Ninja Gloves, Monk Boots.
Ninja Helmet, Bard Legs, Bard Helmet.
Bard Helmet, Monk leggings, Machinist gloves.

Its getting ridiculous. Developers must love these classes, its like they are filler.

Its funny because the HQ crafted 52/54/56/58 gear is all better the dungeon drops that are 51/53/55/57/59 for Primary Stats.
So if you're having trouble getting gear, just get the HQ set for your current level, and you're fine for dungeons.

If this is a comment on 60 dungeons, once again, the crafted gear is a match for the dungeon loot.
Well, they WOULD be if crafters would get it into their heads that 1 million+ gil for an i160 is ridiculous.

    Edit:
On topic, I actually do not support this idea. My distaste for this stems from my years playing WoW, where they handled Tier Pieces just like that.
Its bad enough trying to get your token to drop in the first place without having to fight 4+ players for it every time it DOES.

At least here on XIV, when your piece drops, its yours. Especially in Light Parties.
Tanks and Healers in Full Parties get the short straw here, but even then, its only a 50/50 as to who gets it, and with statics, there's usually an agreement on which tank/healer gets which bits first.

As we get more and more Jobs, the number of jobs per token would increase. Further reducing your chances of actually winning it when it finally drops.
Much like the Antique token they used for our old AF i90s, everyone Need rolled it because it was for 9 Jobs all at once.

I would much they went with with a "Scraps" system.
-Open Treasure box, 2 standard loots drop along with an Armor/Weapon scrap. (Everyone present gets a scrap)
-Turn in X Scraps to a vendor or crafter to "Restore" a single Armor or Weapon drop from the associated Dungeon.

Basically working much like the EX Primal weapons do in Heavensward. You can either win the RNG for the drop itself, or beat the fight a few times and get it eventually.

    Double Edit:
Expand the Request Meld/Repair system to include "Restoration". Give the crafters something to keep them relevant for the whole expansion along with the HQ stuff they get normally.

Basic capitalism. Offer and demand. If enough people are willing to pay 1 million+ for it, there is no reason for the seller to lower the price.
