Always post a chat and/or action log with your complaint in game. Include date, time & your location (real world) details. Report as harassment along with the name(s) of the players & why you think it was harassment.

I've done this a few times & never had a "we can't help" response. In fact, I've seen characters completely disappear from Lodestone after reports, suggesting deletion.
