If you are going to spam dungeons, have a cheap food for that 3% of extra XP. Having the FC action "The Heat of Battle" helps too. Build some rested exp by logging out in Sanctuaries.

To add to that, the Challenge Log is a nice chunk of Experience, especially in the early 50s. Shame that the exp bonuses don't seem to scale beyond 50, though. :/
