    How about 10 time? Healing 5K every 4 minutes isn't that big of a deal and still isn't a lot for a tank, the main guy taking damage. I mean just remove the stat caps and leave the percentages, you'll have the same effect.

    stat cap exist to make sure that players use potions and food that fit to their levels, not just the strongest in the market.
    A X-potion is for a lv10 player not as good as a potion at lower rank.
