No it doesn't... just because the culture calls for Highlanders to shave their eyebrows to appear more intimidating to their foes... doesn't mean we can't play Highlanders that're counter-cultural who refuse to shave their eyebrows.

If I want to RP a counter-cultural Hyur & keep my eyebrows, I should be able to.

It goes against Miqo'te lore (both Seeker and Keeper) to be named King Canadane :3

In other words, just because lore says something is standard doesn't mean individuals can deviate from said standard. =) Especially player characters, who are already going against the norm by defeating primals and whatnot.
