Serious lack of sidequests?

With the release of HW, I was hoping to level up MNK and DRK together, but it seems like I can barely gain a level with the new sidequests. Is there something I'm missing? Or does one class have to be left in the dust?

Sounds like you're more concerned with the XP given by the quests rather than the number of them. I can assure you, it's not lacking in the latter.
