Not that I cared much about it, but what happened to my ARR Sightseeing Log?

I have 1 ARR page (20 entires) and 2 HW pages (42 entries). What's up with this?

I have the same but I expected that since I didn't complete the first 20 in ARR so it never opened up the rest. I hated doing it in ARR but the way it's done in HW was a lot better and more fun.
