Viridiana already said what I had to on Bahamut and Tiamat.
Also this wouldn't be the first FF to involve more than just one planet when it comes down to things.

I'm 95% sure Shinryu will be one of the brood.
I don't want Bahamut to be part of his family. Since I think they are so weak. By the lore, Bahamut alone destroy all of the warrior of lightning and any army in the war. (would all be dead if the gramp didn't turn into a pheonix). Then all of us could only win Bahamut in T13, only because we didn't fight his real body.
let's see Tiamat. well, he is just simple a weak 4-player DF that appear and die.
Let's see Nigghog. Well, he has been into a lot of story, but he is still weak anyway. With his full power, he died from just a few Ishgard soldier in the past that took both eyes from him. Then he lose to us in 4-player DF, and then Estinien just solo him easily after. (Despite the power of the eye, I still think that it is too easy). I understand that he reborn again, but that is it. I don't think he come close to bahamut level.

That wasn't bahamut you were fighting, just an empty shade wearing his form. Just like Ysale's shiva.I don't want Bahamut to be part of his family. Since I think they are so weak. But that wasn't Bahamut. That was a very, very powerful Primal that was created from memories of him. Tiamat called him a mockery of the real thing.I don't want Bahamut to be part of his family. What? We haven't fought Tiamat. She's all tied up at Azys Lla.let's see Tiamat. well, he is just simple a weak 4-player DF that appear and die.
Nidhogg only had one eye at that time, which is the source of their power, so he was only at half his true level of power. And that was before Estinien weakened him even further.Let's see Nigghog. Tiamat pretty much explains everything in the penultimate quest before the final Heavenward showdown. She called him her brood-brother. Things are different for dragons.
He died. What was brought back was only an idealized version of him in the form of a primal. Primals also tend to be significantly more powerful.
Nidhogg was defeated by 12 soldiers who had consumed the power of one of the First Brood. Then, we fought him when he was surviving on borrowed power, and with his own actual power being used against him. Estinien dealt the killing blow by ripping out his borrowed power after we wore him down after his power was turned against him.Let's see Nigghog. Well, he has been into a lot of story, but he is still weak anyway. With his full power, he died from just a few Ishgard soldier in the past that took both eyes from him. I don't know who you think Tiamat is, but you're wrong. >_>
Is nidhogg stronger than vishap? I thought vishap was one of midgardsrmr's sons. A dragon's poser is usually commensurate with his age and Nidhogg is a smallfry compared to Vishap, i wonder why/how Nidhogg is stronger (gameplay wise Vishap has waaaaaaaay more HP, then again nidhogg was weakened by half for only having one eye, and further he was weakened by Estinien, but he is still a small wyrm compared to bahamut/vishap.
Vishap is just a large dragon, not one of the 7 Great Wyrms. He's much more likely to be one of Nidhogg's generals. And you're relating size with power. As a dragon, Vishap goes through mutations as he ages. We know this from the Blue Dragon card from Triple Triad. His mutation was very likely size, but that will never match one of the Great Wyrms who are older and far more powerful than any other singular dragon. Is nidhogg stronger than vishap?
