2-4 weeks, it's most likely the weekly tome rewards which haven't been implemented in the game yet.

Forgive me if this is a stupid thing to ask/say, when you say "Weekly Tome Rewards" is that something akin to the gear we'd buy with Poetics pre weekly cap removal? Or something else?
