Hidden behind multiple gates, at least several of which being RNG, just for the sake of it, because gods forbid players just being able to enjoy something. /thumbsup

Would you want everything cool handed to you? What would there be left to work toward after that? These things will eventually be easy to obtain (just like all the other vanity gear is fairly cheap now) but not many people are at the cap and there aren't enough crafters and materials in circulation yet. Give it time.
