Only one been made on Tonberry, and it's on the mb for 37 million.
That's certainly a goal...

Only because of the "newest cool vanity of the month" tax, combined with the "Ha! I'm the only one who have it in the MB!" tax
Even common mats for lv51+ crafts are overpriced in the MB.

Just wait a bit. The price will fall the moment nobody buy it (anymore) and more crafters start to produce it. It is not a fixed price.
