I spoke with Jordan at about 12:30PM EDT and had no problems at all.
Yeah, I think he has been told after and a go for sending out codes.
I'm not sure I should have, but I've sent another email request. Here's hoping.
I have the same problem.
i was told the order # i was emailed was not the right order #, although the UPS tracking # was correct.
Agent Ryan proceeded to provided me with a code i could use, then told me this code would replace the one i my physical CE and that CE code would not longer be valid.
but when i enter the code, and it is an invalid code. so now i have to go back into chat support yet again, for a 3rd time, still unable to access HW, much less play the game i paid 135$ US for along with 35$ US for shipping on a service that was supposed to be 2 to 5 days, turns out international orders with that service actually take 6 to 10 business days according to UPS.
now i have an invalid code, which was apparently to replace my real code fro the physical CE, which according to Agent Ryan, no longer valid, and i can't play..
i paid 135$ for this...... so not happy atm.. certainly doesn't make me want to keep playing when my sub comes for renewal at all....
I had Jordan too. Guess I will try again.
