Well I got that email too, and filled out the forum, haven't heard back though.. guess I'll be patient D=
What a nasty and sorely expensive experience. Customer support and service at dreadful levels. Never again!

I have this issue as well from NB Canada. I called the SE support line and after 1 hour 40min of no answer I hung up and continued with chat support. After a 2 hour wait on chat I finally got connected to an agent who was not willing to help me with my issue at all and told me I have no option other than to wait for the mail. I asked to escalate my case and the agent immediately disconnected from the session after saying she would. I was not given any chance to respond before the agent left. I saved the chat log if anyone from SE would like an Admin can request the log from me. I did contact the SE store but was told to open a case with the same support I already dealt with. I am currently waiting for them to open so I can try again... This is highly frustrating to encounter this issue.

Man I love Canada Post. They don't even deliver things to your door anymore, just leave a slip and go pick it up yourself. So half the time, the item has arrived, but until they leave you the slip, you can't pick it up. No wonder they had to cut most of their services, they're terrible.
What about those who ordered the normal version to Europe? I still haven't recieved it
It's really stupid as they should know how long these things take to ship!

Welp, went to login and no registration code cause my package has been sitting "in processing" for the last 3 days. Stupid postal service, the facility is like 5min from my house, wish I could just ask em for my package.
