Same Boat and I am in Eastern Ontario and still nothing from Canada Post. What I did to keep having access beyond this evening at 11:59 is purchase the expansion for the PC. I already own both a PS4 and a Win PC version, so unfortunately for me and fortunately for Square Enix I had to purchase the expansion for the PC so I could keep playing my Level +50 Toons. Now I understand that not everyone has both versions like I do but there was no way in heck that I was going to purchase another PS4 version and loose out on the CE stuff. I did contact SE and got the same reply about it being beyond their control once it hit customs but never ever did they acknowledge the fact that I would be booted out of the game even though I pay monthly plus I already paid for a physical copy of the game. For now I can play the game due to my extra purchase but I can assure you that I will not let Square Enix get away without at least being sympathetic to their Community.

SE Help us out here please! I'm probably going to be replaced in my learning groups/statics because of this. Extend the early access period! Simple!

I'm still kind of wondering if maybe SE did a recall on CEs due to problems...
there seems to be quite a few issues being mentioned on Reddit ranging from broken statues, scratches books or even totally missing items like the game in question...
would be nice to know if SE has any comment about this, if this is limited to customs or involves something more drastic like a recall...
This whole lost in transit limbo thing with no comment from SE but lots of finger pointing if you try asking postal services or others isn't quite helping...
They just sent out an email to everyone who didn't get their copy, check your emails!

I like how they extended support hours tonight but sent the email out an hour and a half after the extended hours are over. Here's hoping to some good news tomorrow morning though.
