Didn't receive "Silver Chocobo Feathers" even though I'm eligible

Guys I'm talking about the SILVER Chocobo Feathers, the ones you get with the "Return to Eorzea" campaign.
You are talking about the GOLD ones, which are related to the "Recruit a Friend" campaign. It's two different things.

I should've received a batch of Silver Feathers but I didn't, I asked GMs and they said they can't do nothing and I have to ask on official forums, which is exactely the reason why I'm here.

The confusion is coming from the fact that the feathers from BOTH the Refer a Friend (recruitee) and Welcome back campaigns are both called Silver Chocobo feathers (seriously SE, WTF?)

I suggest trying to contact their customer service department for clarification as to why you didn't receive your feathers.

At least 2 people in my FC, who recently returned to game after several months of inactivity, received the Silver Chocobo Feathers on June the 23rd.

Did you try hitting the "Request Rewards" button on the mailbox? It's on the upper right corner iirc.

If anything you need to contact support as we can't do anything o.o.

I'm eligible for the rewards too and I have not gotten anything... at all.. no mailbox full. nothing when requesting rewards. I'm assuming we have to wait til July but I for one would like some confirmation on this from SE side.

Silver Ones can be redeemed at Calamity NPCs.

I received these on 2 out of three characters. When submitting a gm enquiry I was told to go here as they can't do anything. I've tried the moogle but as they were never sent to this character that didn't work. Really frustrated to have items on toons I don't use and none on this

Yeah me too, but alas no official reply.

Contacted the Customer Service too but all I received was another copy/paste email addressed to people who didn't receive the bonus preorder/collector's items.
Sigh...
Don't know what else to do honestly.

I have recruited a friend long ago. I didnt got any golden feathers yet but my friend on the same server got his silver feather already. Its now 4 days ago since he got his feathers and i stil... nothing. Contacted support and got a copy/paste answer too.
