    Yea, i feel a potency buff across skills is all we are going to get. No new skills or CD reduction.

    Other changes would be nice too....but I really just want my Cleaner Shot procs to feel like they're doing something.

    I agree, but doing something about the proc %, or the reload / QR cooldowns can happen. The down time not doing anything is quite apparent at the moment.
