    3.0 increased the number of beast tribe dailies to 12.

    It should only take you 28 days to max out the Sylphs now if you only focus on them. (10 days of 3 Neutral quests, 10 days of 3 Neutral+3 Recognized, and 8 days of 3 Neutral +3 Recognized +3 Friendly)
