Camera keeps panning up?

I just checked
It's not sticky keys in anyway, and I don't use a controller as stated
Idk what's causing the camera to pan and stay panned

Do you have any Controllers/Joysticks/key-macros?

The up key works perfectly fine in other programs, and no I don't have any of those

I've experienced this in other games, try enabling/disabling hardware curser.

I've only ever experienced such an issue when a game runs inside a VM (eg parallels) due to there being issues with relative mouse cursor positioning. Basically what happens in those situations is that the VM environment has the mouse "center locked" so it's not getting floating point values, solid 1's when the mouse is moved in such direction, which gives some hilariously awful camera movement in 45 degree angles only.

At any rate the first thing I'd do is probably reset the keybinds. You can look in ffxiv.cfg as well under GamePad Settings and see if something is set there that isn't supposed to be.
