Lol I blow cooldowns as a Warrior. Why not, Dungeons aren't cleared in 5 minutes, you have blatent time between initial mobs and bosses for cooldowns to regenerate so use them, just lets me use Deliverance more with 6 str accessories and still hold aggro /lettheminmaxbegin.

Exactly, CDs are there to use. I use them all throughout dungeons, the healer I run with likes to dps too, and changes to lustrate make it harder to dps and keep my hp up. Use them in Deliverance to hit that double Fell cleave, I love Fell Cleave lol. Been trying to snag str accessories but melee's keep snatching them up from me ; ;

I hear both sides in various chats, dkn being quishy, dkn being op.. I ran a couple dungeons at first to see how it plays, seems like it's got a good combination of recovery and mitigation, not sure how it ends up being squishy from that. Maybe just too many people who aren't used to tanking picking it up, I plan on leveling it eventually since tanking is my main and they share gear, will prolly be patched by then tho lol
