What if we brought the RMT issue to the U.N. and make it illegal in their countries to be an RMT?

Wouldn't RMT be non-existent or almost non-existent in Heavensward areas due to the expansion being gated by the entire MSQ?
No, RMTs can still harass with /tells if they so desire. Bots will have no problem getting through the story requirements by killing mobs with their bodies glitched in the floor, same way they beat/farm dungeons. In any case, everyone should have a week or two of relative peace with the servers filled to the brim with actual players, thereby blocking RMTs from getting into the game en masse, enjoy this brief reprieve.
Have not received 1 message or friend request since Heavensward launch. Very pleased.
Unfortunately I got a few friend requests in new areas ( Coerthas Western Highlands ) and I also had a few tells :/ . Granted it was way better than the old areas I traveled to limsa and I didn't even get fully loaded and got a rmt shout, yell, and say within seconds
Ugh, it's starting to get bad again. Getting a lot of tells. Not nearly as many friend requests though, as you would expect.
I haven't had any messages or seen any shouts related to RMT for months... even when this thread was first made. And I played every day.
So where are/were these imaginary RMT annoyances coming from?
You play on a JP server that also happens to be legacy. Of course you wouldn't see any of this.
It matters because JP servers overall have far less RMT than other servers, and you will have an inherently lower RMT population on your server because it's legacy and character creation is often locked. These two things are why you don't see much RMT.
People have posted pictures of their chat logs with proof of how bad RMT was. There's nothing "imaginary" about it.
