    Not a lot of info to go off of here, but are you entering it in capital letters on Mog Station?

    Also on the PS4 side of things, it will simply tell you "Thank you for using PSN." once redeemed. You can confirm your entitlement via:
    PlayStation®4
    Visit the “Settings” menu of the PS4, then select “PlayStation™Network/Account Management,” then “Account Information.” Scroll down and select “Services List,” and find “FANTASY XIV: A Realm Reborn.” Selecting it will show Heavensward entitlements (such as "CE Playing Entitlement.") and the next time you launch XIV you will tie that to your service account.

    I am getting the below image in my MogStation:



    Says my account type is Standard, but I have a "O" under Collector's Edition (as I bought and redeemed the Digital Collector's Edition Code I received this morning). At work at the moment, so will try to delete the Archived Moogle Mails when I get home, but my concern is that it still says Standard as my account type. Have only recieved the Preorder Items, no Fantasia or Mount yet

    Sorry, should of been more specific. I'm on PC. Pre-ordered the expac June 1st. Received my PC code this morning. My code is all in capital letters and yes I entered as such.

    Actually, that's your subscription type. Mine for example is Legacy. Nothing to do with game edition.

    When you select the account tab, make sure you click on the giant pink tab in the middle to redeem the expansion code. It leads to a different redemption screen compared to the Item Code smaller tabs.

    Not sure if this has been answered elsewhere, but I ordered the physical CE on PS4 from Square and it just arrived today. I'm just a little curious as to where the in-game items code is. I was able to play in Early Access and got the pre-order items. Is it the 12-digit PSN code inside the game box? I was expecting a longer MogStation code

    It is the 12-digit PSN code inside the box. The instructions for redeeming are inside the manual as well.
    Or here if you'd like to read them online!
