
The CE code is separate from the pre-order code.I assumed the CE code was separate from the pre-order code entirely.
Mind you, I've never received a CE code. I've been sent my pre-order code in three different emails, however.
The email receipt for my Heavensward purchase now links to a page which says "This order is invalid," as well, when just this morning it lead to usual page with instructions for how to redeem my codes.
