Fantasia or Not Help people choose!

I'm realy torn here. Keep my Lala:



Or change to Au Ra:



I have tried changing to other races before and it did not work out, except for a time with a Miqo'te that I did like for longer time. But this time.......this time.
My Lala was created as a spiritual successor to a Hobbit I was playing a lot in Lotro, but I have allways been wanting to play a half dragon/demon character and that spiritual successor ''feeling'' are not realy there anymore.

I prefer your lalafell but then again I'm not you.

I would wait till the hype of shiny new race dies down with Aura and then decide if you want to change , otherwise ask yourself if all the races where available when you started playing what would you have chosen?

I think thats the best advice I have heard, waiting for the hype to die out and see if the ''itch'' for Au Ra are still there after a couple of weeks.

So I'm sticking with my Lala for now at least, what are in the future remain to see.

Update: Looks like I will stick with Lalafell for the near future. I have been playing some alts lately to see the main story quest up to the envoy part in all beginner places. With Ul'dah done on main and Gridania done on a alt, only Limsa was left. I did use my Au Ra for that and after couple hours play I can say that my Au Ra did not give me so much fun, almost like it was to serious in everything I did. Not the playfulness I get on my Lala. So thanks to ''Darkstorms'' that made me think about it and saved me some Fantasia.

I still can't decide which face I want (top is current), I like the Sea Wolves colors better but I feel like there's some "dumbness" about them.

Any help would be appreciated !

I don't think there is such a thing as too common when you're talking about Roes. Even their most common faces are probably still rarer than the least popular Miqo'te or Au Ra faces! I like the top one better too, as I think the colors really look great together. The bottom color schemes are pretty nice too though, I'd pick #1 of them all. IMHO pale colored eyes can lead to a "deer in the headlights" look on some faces/skin tones, which might contribute to the "dumbness" you notice. Perhaps you will like it better if you try tweaking the colors a bit?

Mhm, I meant the top one. It looks like a fire djinn, fierce and strong. I like that kind of look. I do agree with Fleur, as Roes are not as common. If anything, I'll pick the top one.
