I registered and still didnt get my items I only have the preorder items

I had thought the exact same thing - that I'd registered the code for PC way back when they initially allowed it. Apparently that was just the Early Access code - I'd assumed the code would have bundled ALL of that up into one neat code registration. They sent a different one out yesterday evening but I disregarded because the code looked extremely similar to the original and was, for the most part, unclear what the code was... so I got a bit confused as to why they'd sent me the code (in what I assumed was the same one). They're two different codes. Check your inbox or possibly junk folder -


This is also from the SE store site that the email sends you to, rather than the Mog Station you have to do it in. They should have put these instructions in the email.

Log into the Mog Station with your Square Enix account: http://sqex.to/Msp
Once logged in, select “Your Account” on the top-left corner of the screen
Select the service account you wish to register your code on. If you have multiple service accounts (represented as tabs named FINAL FANTASY XIV 1, 2, etc.), please select the service account you wish to register your code to.
Select the “Enter the Registration Code for the Expansion” button and enter your 20-digit Heavensward code which can be found in your confirmation email, or on your store account page (depending on retailer).
Confirm the details and proceed through the remaining steps. "
