    Missing Fantasia and Mount (PS3 CE)

    Hello All,

    I am having the exact same problem. I bought the Heavensward Collector's Edition and Early Access from the PSN. I have received no emailed code, though I don't believe we need one for digital downloads. If i'm incorrect on this point please let me know so I can call Sony. I have received a chocobo chick and the Baron stuff, but no Fantasia or griffin mount. My only hope at this point, though sad is that I will have to wait till 11am/ 8am PST and hope that it arrives. If anyone howvere discovers and answer before that please do let us know.

    I went to the store, it had codes I never saw before so I tried registering them but the mog station claims they have already been registered. Mog station is still showing that I have no subscription for Haevensward so I clearly haven't registered them before. Didn't even know there was a sepereate game activation code til this morning as I have had no emails about it.

    me too at last, was having a wee small panic when everyone kept directing me to the codes in the store that didn't work but the email arrived at last and it does work.

    i only had my pre access code wich was already redemed never received any other code all this speculation doesnt help my first problem

    Where did you order from? I got my digital CE from the SE store and from the moment I ordered it in April, I have had a pre-order code (early access) as well as a Heavensward registration code. Check your confirmation email, you should be able to click a link that brings you right to your items. My order status even shows that I ordered 2 items. I got a follow-up email this morning specifically giving me my Heavensward registration code, which I registered on Mogstation using the big red bar that says Register Expansion.

    Make sure you have really looked everywhere. Your early access code is not the same as a Heavensward registration code. Check yoir order history/email and get your code. It's there somewhere.

    dint receive that email no email from square enix today i got it from the Square Enix Shop myself long ago and all i have was the early acces code wich i already claim look'd at my emails over and over again

    Did you check the email you got from your original pre-order confirmation? That should have a link to your order. Check every email tab ...spam, promottions, etc. Or log in to your order status on the SE store?

    No emailed code

    The mogstation says I have it , I have the confirmation email from sony. What's wrong?
    I still can't get my mount or fantasia potion, sony support says delete games and re-install. Asked where code they said digital download doesn't need one. Asked wither uninstalling would kill my one time only code, and they don't know. Glad i asked about the before following their recommendations! Someone please help, anyone whom bought the PSN PS3 CE version please let me know what steps you took to get yours! tried calling square but says it's outside business hours... It's 10am on a Tuesday?
