Reinheart, ok. I just thought that i had come off as a little angry.

Anyway, what if for 1 week they replaced the boss in one of the dungeons with a Tonberry holding a bell. The dungeon would be twice as hard as before, but you would get the bell to use as an item....What would a bell actually DO?

(I haven't played a dungeon yet, so I'm just assuming that their is a boss at the end of it)

lol would be fun if they made dungeon with tons of tonberry chasing the party have to run through the dungeon fast or gonna get stabbed lol

Honestly During the past year I've seen almost non-stop event planning and not enough of real game development.

At least when this cycle closes by Xmas they run out of excuses to fiddle with the small stuff and can really start working on content. I hope. No more bells, eggs nor bikinis please that's not what we've been waiting for.

I liked events in XI but in XIV it seems like there's an event going on at all times and something special ends up being not so special. Instead of real FF jobs to level you're left with a mariachi band plaing non-stop in an event that took weeks to develop.

I'd die of pure happiness, which is why it won't happen. XD And it's too soon I think, I'd expect houses by 2012.. I'm game for any event they have planned but I hope it's not laced with frustration and is full of fun.

I'd love to see SOMETHING happen, but in all honesty I don't think they're going to do anything in-game.

Maybe a producer's letter or something... But I'm not expecting anything so hopefully I'll be pleasantly surprised.

Well I don't expect anything all that much - but it would be nice if they did something like the census event in FFXI - placing NPCS in towns where you can find out how many times your char has died, etc. And the moogles gave out random goodies from previous events that you might have missed - which was very nice. We haven't had enough events really in FFXIV to do something exactly like that, but something nice would be a special wand/hat/belt whatever with say 10 charges, one for each location. The anniversary wand for Limsa would have 10 free teles to Limsa, and so on for each city. Or anything similar - free raises, buffs, whatever - something disposable but handy.
