Not if the alternative was not doing them, causing those leves worth of EXP to stagnate and eventually be lost because of the cap of leves you can hold.
The massive Levequests for battle are, while still levequests, a little more involved and require a bit more attention. Doing one of them per day in a fraction of the time is, honestly, a lot more bearable than doing 10 small ones that are near braindead. EXP loss be damned, I'm actually willing to do them.
With Collectibles being a thing now too, it's not like you necessarily need to save leves for crafting/gathering levelling.

yeah the exp rewards arent worth it... most people will try it once see the rewards n wont bother anymore, i would of preferred them to be a chain of 10 leves small exp reward for the 1st and increasing til the 10th leve
Just did 3 Temple leves, expecting great things...
Nope, at Level 56 they gave me 270,000 experience for completing all 3. Considering you need 2,600,000 experience to level up to 57, this is a huge disappointment.
Plus, the rewards were awful, just some bread. I picked up the odd treasure chest and got an extra 12.5k gil. Not much at all.
The actual leves themselves were no different to the normal battlecraft leves out there, just wow!

You forget that leve allowances add up. You can collect up to 16days worth of leve allowances. Add to that how fast leves are to complete (especially crafting leves!) Theres no point in currently doing temple leves, even if you dont have much time to play.
Battle Leves take time. I'm usually bleeding leve allounces, being able to do a couple leves for half XP is better than having to trudge through 10 standard battle leves individually.
I don't craft or gather so only Battle Leves matter to me.



They definitely should have a different concept. I don't mind killing trash, but there just isn't enough. I would rather they be endurance based/endless dungeon based or multi boss wave based.
I was also disappointed by how terribly inefficient temple leves are in terms of how little exp is awarded for the high leve allowance cost. For 10x the cost, I would have expected 10x the exp reward. Although I suppose they're not 10x the effort, but still. The only reason to do temple leves is if you are at or near the 100 leve allowance cap, and you just want to burn them quickly for some reason.
