Probably is the same as in warcraft, as you level the amount of points needed in each stat to maintain or grow the power increases per level. If you are not upgrading gear then yes i would expect that the healing would be going down as your level goes up. Just a thought to add to this topic.
What I don't understand is that, if this is truly the case, why would the player's heals be going up while the fairy's heals go down?
