    I listened to the person who said delete and redownload Heavensward but after deleting the game I kept getting an error message yesterday and late yesterday the game isn't even available for purchase anymore.

    Even after being uninstalled, the game listing should be accessible from your ps4 game library. From there you should be able to download it again and reinstall.
