1.20 will have another Primal Fight 1.19 Were getting Primal Ifrit 1.21 Another Primal and so on? lolz
I'm sensing a pattern.. maybe by 1.24 will have Summoner Released?, I'm Sure Ifrit will be hard on its own, I mean come on.. Hes a Primal/Summon for crying out loud! I'm sure hes going to be extremely hard!
Agree 100%I for one, thought Darkhold was challenging.
Granted, I have a job and a life, and difficulty to me includes building a group that is up to the challenge, but I was not dissapointed in the least by Darkhold or Batraal being "too easy".
I certainly anticipate that Darkhold was only the beginning, and Ifrit fight and whatever accompanies will be much more difficult. But lets not discourage SE from their current trend. It was a quantum leap forward from where we started.
Besides, even the mighty Doctor Mog didnt go in on day one and clear it in 25 minutes. If I remember correctly it took at least a week, maybe more.
DH was challenging at first but once everyone in ur LS learns what to do, what abilities you need to set etc etc.. and u do it sooooo much that u can do it while ur playing another game on your console
i mean i think the only challenging part of DH was trying to figure it out.. the fights alone are meh...
But that applies to everything in any games no? Once you know the tricks and you know what to do to counter them, then it's easy sure, but the hard part was to learn and adjust...DH was challenging at first but once everyone in ur LS learns what to do, what abilities you need to set etc etc.. and u do it sooooo much that u can do it while ur playing another game on your console

I cannot see what else can be difficult regardless if you know the fight, are aware of the skills you use and when you use them. Unless people think that difficulty = being 2 shoted by bosses?

We killed Batraal on day 3.
It took us that long to learn that you didn't need to kill anything.
Personally I'd rather see more diversity to the game before they start adding ultra challenging content. I want the world to be alive before we start flooding rooms for underwater timed battles with Leviathan!
In my OP I did say I would like this content to come alongside the normal content.
I don't intend to change their direction, just include something difficult for us to throw ourselves at for a while, to keep us interested.

ie. make it so u dont just run through everything.. each and every time u go into DH u have to give ur absolute attention or u will die. Despawning mobs should be taken out etc etc
I think OP should post a hypothetical example of something they'd ideally want. Otherwise this is just another pointless complaint that adds no substantial meaning to the devs other than, "Do things differently"
