Your core rotations look good, have to experiment more myself. Here's an opener I believe you'll find will do more damage though:

Leylines > B3 > Thunder > Enochian > F3 > Sharp > F1 > RS > F4 > F4 > F3 > pot > F4 > F4 > Swiftcast > Flare > Convert > F4 > B3 > B4

Try it out, see what it feels like. I kinda wanna ommit Thunder from the opener TBH, you can't use that shit if it Thunderclouds usually, you'll destroy your timer, so it's basically just filler to use for MP purposes. Was fiddling around with Sharpcast F1 opener, I it might be good but there's not much room to throw in buffs because you lose both that UI F3 and a guaranteed Firestarter to use buffs on.

I do freakin' hate the opener in real fights though ... boss disappears or shoots an AoE at you, whoop you gotta adjust and hard. Too hard, this isn't like ARR BLM, it's like, you just got destroyed because you lost one GCD. As I mentioned before I'm really really hoping raids are more static and friendly, like FCoB, because I've never felt so tempted to go SMN in my life.
