    Combo 3 needs something extra, is too rare to get and it only gives you +20 potency than Combo 2. You can try to optimize your ammo to get a more combo 3, but when you think about that minimum gain then it doesn't look that impressive
    I was thinking in use quick reload only when I have a combo 2 to force combo 3, but it seem that is better to use it simply when the CD is up to force a combo 2, there are not sense in delay it just to get 20 extra potency

    About the RNG combo... I like it. Well, besides of that combo 3 not being that impressive
