I thought I'd add this in case someone missed what I missed. Note this is for the PC ONLY! I think the issue players are having with the PS4 may be different...but it may be worth checking emails and the mog station in a browser to see if this helps anyways.

when you first purchased the early access, it sent you a link, where you entered the early access code given to you. this code is a bit different then they typical series of 5 sets of 4 characters. its 6-3-6-3 format . what I failed to realize (not sure if it showed up when i first added the early entry code or not), but when you enter that code given to you at the site listed for you, it then shows you a standard license key (5 sets of 4 chars). THAT license key then needs to be placed in the MOG station, there should be a button to add early access key there.

Once i did that, and restarted the client, the download for heavensward started for me (previously it wouldn't...i got the update D/L, but not the Heavensward part.), and i now have access to the expansion details. the process is a bit clunky, but I labeled it under the price were paying to have both consoles and PC's playing the same game.
