Is the t in Hotgo hard or silent?

Seconding this, and wondering: Does anyone know a good pronunciation guide to Mongolian? The variations in how they're romanized definitely add to the confusion. (Hoelun? Oelen? Olen? Alun?)

Yeah so you can use same surname and name and say that it's from a new tribe that wanted to have original names.

Or from a Tribe that ended up leaving Othard way hell early, and the forename is from a country that Garlemald took over. Just saying...

Thinking of making my alt a Dazkar. And actually might be making my main an Avagnar...

From what I can find, it is pronounced with a hard T. Modern day Mongolian uses the Cyrillic script, so it's difficult to find definite pronounciations without the original Cyrillic being given, or the team clarifying what letters they are substituting. For example, a "o" can be pronounced either as a normal "o" like in "orange" or as an "ea" like in "Earth". I'd go with the former here, so "Hotgo" would be "Hot-goh" (short "o" sound, hard G).

(I don't speak Mongolian, this is just what I've found from researching different sources.)

I decided to go with Hotgokahkol, just because it seems to flow better than the other way around and I would think my character would hold his former tribe's identity very dear despite merging with a new tribe, and there's no explicit way stated how the combination would work.

Read what it says about the Goro tribe. Read the last damned line. They don't consider sex and marriage having to do with anything. They don't have relationships like modern people they just have casual sex with eachother.

That's not what implies to me. While they procreate through lots it makes it seem like they have to force them to have sex with each other.

Imagine you're a female Auri of the Goro tribe. Horses and riding are a part of your life and so important that you are married to a horse when you come of age. Now imagine being told that for you to continue the legacy of the tribe you must not ride and will have to limit your time with your horse spouse not only while pregnant but afterwards since you have to raise the child. You really think there'll be a lot of volunteers? Drawing lots heavily implies not wanting to procreate in that situation.
