Please make the Au Ra horns separate from the faces!

I dunno, I'd say if it doesn't happen in 3.0, the push for it to happen in 3.1 needs to get even stronger. Like.. Settling is fine and all, but we, as consumers, should continue to make requests with SE and work with them, otherwise it's kind of hard for them to keep the whole "We care about the fans with FFXIV" thing.

But you are not working with them. You are telling, almost Ordering them to change it, "if it doesn't happen in 3.0, the push for it to happen in 3.1 needs to get even stronger." doesn't sound like a thing where 2 individuals work together to me.
If one is to make a request he/she has to be prepaired that it might get turned down and then move on.
I too want the option for more freedom with faces/horns. But I will not turned into a spoiled person that will cry about something that doesn't fit my needs like a glove.

I have never said that SE never had screwed up or anything like that. I do find it strange that they have yet to give us any reply what so ever about this. So who knows, maybe when HW opens up that feature will be there, and maybe not.
And that chair & food examples is only relevant if SE actually promised this feature. I have read comments of that they had done so, but not seen that said comment myself so I let that stay on a gray area.

"SE, you kinda fucked up with this, can you fix it?". But what if it isn't broken? What if this is what it was ment to be? You can't fix something that's not broken.
And it's not that I am not willing to fight. I do however respect SEs decision and believe that they will do what they see is for the best. If people keep crying for this I am sure they will add it later on if it isn't already planned.

Considering that this request is pretty darn popular across the various forums, it's hard to say that SE is upholding their half of their job of listening to feedback and giving what the consumers want when they haven't even given us a reason on why not yet.. Or any feedback whatsoever. If you want to complain about being not working with them, look at the people who's job is quite literally to meet the consumers' demands.
These are forums for feedback, yes we can settle, but we shouldn't let SE off the hook so easily, as we are kind of paying them for these various sorts of things.
If you asked for a chair from a guy who boasts to make the best chairs compared his competitors, heck he's even got some proof that he really meets expectations whenever demanded of it, and he gives you a kind of shabby chair after promising some really wonderful work, you're not being spoiled in the least if you complain about it. Or heck, consider it akin to food because that works too, are you just gonna eat a really sub-par meal from a resturant that you know normally makes excellent food or are you going to ask to see the chef and ask why on earth was it sub-par this time round?
If you're not willing to say "SE, you kinda fucked up with this, can you fix it?" then you don't actually want the option.
