I rounded a little too high in my head but ya $180 dollars if u buy 3 copies and $165 if you buy 1 game and 7 months subscription... Sure your friends get to play the game but thats a boatload of money to ask for an ingame item

a DIGITAL DOWNLOAD 2.0 cost 20$, and then 2 game time card with 1 180 and other with 30, and then you got 15 feathers.

Agreed. The rewards for being a recruited friend are lackluster. I'd like to see the friend I recruited get something more than low level gear and an emote. It wouldn't kill SE to allow the recruited to have Twin as well.

Your reward is you get to play this new game and enjoy new experiences you would not have, were it not for your friend. If you want the reward your friend gets by essentially recruiting extra dollars to fun the world we all love so much, you'd do the same and invite somebody yourself.

That's just the way I see it though. A little blunt, a little harsh, sure. But I believe that is the reasoning behind it.
