My Account suddenly became Steam Bound

this update on mog station where it states your account type came today,so your account was a steam way way before today but mog station didnt state your account type , but with this update it now will show you that

i had the same issue . bought a window digital download and when tried to add it to my account it says (invalid) code .the support said i should enter a steam early access code it means i have to go all the way to steam store and buy ARR standard version then heavensward standard version preorder .it resolved my issue (it say now :FFXIV: Heavensward - Early Access Windows(R) in account type bar.probably the one you bought from offgamers is a steam coded version
