Holy and Flare Nerfs

Holy got nerfed but got two VERY potent additions, Assize (300 potency instacast) and Aero III (370 potency DoT AoE, about twice as strong as Holy is pre-nerf). WHM will be just fine even if some enemies take less damage.

BLM is gonna be fine too, Fire II will no doubt get buffed. They're trying to take the emphasis away from Flare and being able to use CDs to excessively frontload your AoE in a short burst, and buff the sustained, "filler" that we have presently have and don't place too much emphasis on. The nerf probably won't be noticed realistically except we have to pick off a few stragglers in large pulls after all is said and done.

did I miss something? when did they make the exact numbers public (as far as i know the current patch notes don't have them?)
