Any plans for compensaion due to a full 24 hours with inability to play?

I just resubscribed this week and found out that I'll already be down a day from what I paid. So is the company being proactive and giving each member currently subscribed that day free? Or is the plan more reactive and providing compensation on an individual basis?

Pretty certain maintenance times are included in the contract of the subscription.

Your compensation is an entire expansions worth on content with (hopefully due to the time they're taking to check the servers) "minimal" server issues.

You shouldn't be compensated.

Such preparation is common practice for an MMO expansion.

Servers need to be profusely worked upon & diagnosed prior to such a massive intake of players.

As well, this was announced well in advance... you chose to subscribe during a time in which this emergency maintenance fell... that was your prerogative, they don't owe you.

are you referring to the 24 hour maintenence because of the Very big Heavensward expansion that is coming on the 19th?
