I'm going to die of laughter if it requires frontline wins like the ADS. Achievement reward for 300 wins? I think it's just another Twin type dragon like the Shadow of Meracydia and not 'Twin" herself. I do wonder how it is unlocked though.

It looks a bit like a Magitek Bit (like the minion) that you sit on top of.
